Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment for direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire roles across Energy, IT, Engineering, and Healthcare sectors. Lead sourcing efforts for hard-to-fill positions by identifying candidates via social media, job boards, and internal databases, then pre-screening for skills and aptitude. Collaborate with business development and hiring managers to present candidate profiles and ensure seamless onboarding while supporting HR with offer letter reviews, background checks, and reference verification. Consistently meet recruiting metrics and submit weekly reports. Work US Eastern time (8 AM to 5 PM EST) from a remote location in the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience as a Recruiter
- Must have at least 2+ years of experience supporting the US staffing market
- Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive 'get-it-done' attitude
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare, or Energy sectors a big plus
