Job Summary
Build high-performing sales teams by identifying, attracting, and securing talent for frontline roles and senior leadership appointments. Manage workforce planning and talent strategy in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and People leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes at scale. Leverage recruitment data, technology, and sourcing strategies to improve hiring results within a high-volume environment. Requires 5+ years of experience in bulk recruitment and proven success hiring sales and customer-facing talent.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' recruitment experience within a high-volume or bulk recruitment environment
- Proven experience hiring sales, customer-facing or operational talent at scale
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience using recruitment data, technology and sourcing strategies to improve hiring outcomes
