Job Summary
Senior Recruiter with Business Development Experience responsible for developing new client relationships and expanding business, driving full-cycle recruiting across chemicals/manufacturing/engineering domains, identifying top talent, building job descriptions, innovating sourcing strategies, mentoring the recruitment team, developing diverse candidate pipelines, maintaining client relationships, and optimizing ATS usage (Crelate, Bullhorn, Salesforce). Remote opportunities are available with limited travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in recruiting, with a preference for those experienced in call center high-volume recruiting and specialty recruiting within Chemicals/Manufacturing/Engineering OR 5 years of experience in manufacturing for Chemicals, Advanced Materials, Plastics, or similar industries.
- Recruiting Business Development Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS (Crelate, Bullhorn, Salesforce)
- Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems in a team-oriented environment.
