Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex clinical, professional, and leadership positions across Southcentral Foundation, serving as a subject matter expert and partner to hiring managers. Provide advanced recruiting consultation, market insight, and strategic sourcing support to ensure successful hiring outcomes while advancing recruitment quality and applicant experience. Mentor fellow recruiters and guide the development of recruiting practices across the talent acquisition team. Maintain compliance with SCF policies and procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of progressively responsible recruiting experience with at least two in healthcare, and AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter certification. Salary ranges from $87,921.60 to $117,235.73.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional recruiting experience
- At least two (2) years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill, clinical, professional, or leadership positions
- AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification, OR ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire
- Compliance with our Employee Health Procedure
- Agreement to comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to first day of employment
- Documentation of completed MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella) immunization
- Documentation of completed Varicella (Chicken Pox) immunization
- Documentation of completed Hepatitis B immunization
- Documentation of completed Influenza immunization
- Documentation of completed T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis) immunization
- Documentation of completed COVID-19 vaccination
Desired Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of Alaska Native people affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF's geographical service area
