Job Summary
Senior Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and GTM functions, partnering with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, drive high-volume sourcing (10–15 active requisitions), and manage the candidate funnel from intake to offer. The role emphasizes sourcing both active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, job boards, referrals, events, and AI-augmented search tools; building pipelines; owning the offer process end-to-end; ensuring ATS hygiene and data integrity; and developing diverse talent pipelines. Proficiency with AI-assisted workflows, and experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby) are highly valued, along with strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency) across technical (Engineering / Product) and go-to-market (Sales / CS / Marketing) roles
- Experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered sourcing, outreach, or screening tools
- Strong fluency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby) and ability to configure workflows and pull reports
- Ability to manage 10-15 requisitions simultaneously while maintaining candidate experience and SLAs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence Hiring Managers and candidates
- Ownership mindset with end-to-end ownership from kickoff to close
- Bonus: experience in high-growth SaaS or trust & safety / fraud / risk domains
- Understanding of compensation philosophy and structured interview design
