Job Summary
Senior Recruiter (Contract) for Sales/Go-to-Market hiring based in The Trade Desk's New York office. Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end for high-volume roles across Sales, Business Development, and Client Services on the East Coast. Build pipelines using active and passive sourcing, manage interview processes, offers, and internal mobility. Partner with Hiring Managers, People Advisory Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure fair, efficient processes; drive hiring governance and data-driven improvements. Maintain data integrity in ATS, provide updates on pipeline health, and optimize recruiting workflows during a period of elevated demand. Requires strong in-house recruiting experience in Sales/GTM, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and knowledge of the US media landscape. This is a minimum 6-month contract role based in New York. Salary range: $65–$85 per hour (annualized for budgeting: $135,200–$176,800). Note: Interns are not eligible for variable incentive awards; broader compensation and benefits are described in the posting.
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of recruiting experience
- in-house recruiting experience supporting Sales or GTM hiring
- experience in AdTech or Digital Media preferred
- high-volume recruiting experience
- strong sourcing and end-to-end recruitment skills
- experience managing internal mobility processes
- ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trust across cross-functional partners
- deep understanding of the US media landscape
- data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- experience with ATS and pipeline reporting
- experience with interview best practices and stakeholder management
- experience in Go-to-Market hiring
- experience delivering strong pipelines of qualified candidates
- ability to manage candidate experience with transparency and rigor
- experience with internal mobility and mobility pathways
- experience in staffing for Business Development, Sales, and Client Services
- ability to manage multiple searches end-to-end
- knowledge of internal mobility processes and governance
