Job Summary
Oversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, and guiding them through the hiring process to offer. Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms. Manage the candidate database via our ATS and effectively manage the expectations of both client and candidate. Requires 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including agency work and IT/software development recruiting. Required Qualifications
- 5+ year of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience working in a recruitment agency
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with the various recruitment tools
- Understanding of technical and non-technical requirements
- Superior interpersonal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- IT / Software Development / Technical permanent recruiting (preference)
- Sales experience (Preferable)
