Job Summary
Lead end-to-end hiring for software engineering roles globally, sourcing and engaging high-caliber talent across backend, mobile, desktop, infrastructure, and product functions. Partner closely with founding teams and engineering leaders to identify candidates through career progression, technical depth, and execution signals. Drive interview coordination, candidate management, and closing processes while improving recruiting quality and pipelines. Assess candidate quality beyond resumes and brand names to ensure strong technical fit.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent in technology companies
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability across global markets
- Good understanding of engineering roles, technical stacks, and organizational structures
- Ability to identify high-quality talent beyond pedigree and company brands
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement ability
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- High ownership and strong execution ability
