Own full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers to define needs, design sourcing strategies, proactively engage talent through channels like LinkedIn and referrals, and manage structured interview processes to improve hiring quality and speed. Lead the candidate experience from outreach to offer, leverage ATS/AI tools to maintain pipeline visibility, build scalable recruiting playbooks, support employer branding across channels, and collaborate with external search partners for executive and specialized searches.
