Senior Recruiter - Operations and Corporate

Job Summary
Own full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for manufacturing shop-floor roles, technicians, and corporate hires, building active pipelines from scratch using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and local industry networks. Partner directly with hiring managers to calibrate on candidate quality, iterate profiles in real time, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first outreach through offer. Track pipeline health and sourcing metrics to continuously improve approach while helping build TA infrastructure, including interview processes, scorecards, and ATS hygiene. Leverage Houston's deep manufacturing talent pool to support employer branding efforts and position Persona AI as a destination for top robotics and operations talent. This onsite role requires 5–8 years of agency recruiting experience and full-time commitment in Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of recruiting experience
- Majority of experience spent at a staffing agency
- Demonstrated track record of filling corporate, manufacturing, shop-floor, and operations roles at volume under real time-to-fill pressure
- Expert-level Boolean search skills
- Fluency across LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluency across other sourcing channels beyond traditional job boards
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
- Ability to build from scratch
- Effectiveness without a fully mature TA function
- Ability to help create a TA function
- Strong candidate engagement skills
- Ability to get responses from passive candidates
- Ability to successfully close passive candidates
- Ability to manage multiple reqs simultaneously
- Maintaining quality on any single search
- Maintaining velocity on any single search
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to write compelling outreach copy
- Ability to conduct sharp intake conversations
- Ability to provide clear internal updates to hiring managers
- Must currently reside in the Houston, TX metro area
- Must be available for onsite work in Houston, TX
- Must be available for onsite work five days a week

- Existing relationships within the Houston manufacturing talent community
- Existing relationships within the Houston industrial talent community
- Existing relationships within the Houston operations talent community
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Rippling
- Familiarity with similar ATS platforms
- Experience building or contributing to TA infrastructure at an early-stage startup
- Experience building or contributing to TA infrastructure at a Series A/B startup
- Experience recruiting for organizations with 50–300 employees
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth environment
