Job Summary
Senior Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across the company, owning every search from first outreach to signed offer. You will source proactively, build pipelines from scratch, run phone pre-screens, coordinate interviews, and close candidates, while partnering with hiring managers across Strategy, Editorial, Operations, and Sales. You’ll own our Ashby ATS, maintain accurate recruiting data, track hiring metrics, and drive process improvements. This role requires autonomous, proactive collaboration with managers, a focus on candidate experience, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously. The position supports a fully remote environment with required overlap of at least 4 hours with US Eastern Time.
