Senior Recruiter

Senior Recruiter responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting across the company, from defining the search to a signed offer. You’ll source proactively, build pipelines from scratch, run screens and interviews, close candidates, and partner with hiring managers to prioritize needs. You’ll own the Ashby instance and recruiting data, track metrics, and provide real-time visibility into pipeline health and hiring performance. This role requires autonomous ownership of every requisition across the company and a proactive, collaborative approach to recruiting for multiple departments, including Strategy, Editorial, Operations, and Sales.
