Job Summary
Manage multiple full-lifecycle recruitments for clients in hyper-growth industries like SaaS, AI, and Martech by sourcing candidates via Boolean search, LinkedIn, and job boards. Conduct daily cold outreach through calls, emails, and texts to schedule interviews and nurture relationships with senior-level professionals. Facilitate video interviews, match candidate experiences to job specifications, and lead account management to uncover additional recruitment projects. Operate daily using technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, and Loxo, while documenting progress in the proprietary ATS and CRM. Perform all communications via the custom Nextiva app and actively engage with client decision-makers on social media.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience working in executive search, recruitment agencies, HR Consulting, or a business role where you hired people
- Demonstrated comfort speaking with senior candidates who may earn $100,000 or more for professional-level roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Digital
- You are a confident learner, able to teach yourself the language of new industries, companies, and jobs to speak to clients about fundamental business concepts
- Active in Social Media - An up-to-date and engaging LinkedIn profile and social media presence across our target channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Stackoverflow, Instagram)
- You can describe how businesses organize people into job titles, departments, and reporting structure hierarchies (CxO, VP, Director, Mgr)
- Bachelor's degree
- Marketing, Communications, entrepreneurship, or business
- MUST pass Certification assessments within 90 days for: Boolean search proficiency
- LinkedIn Recruiter - Certified Professional
- Google Workspace (Gmail & Calendar)
- Quickly learn and operate Online software and Mobile Apps, for example, Google Sheets & Docs, MS Office, Zoho Recruit, Loxo ATS, and Calendly
- Must have a high-speed Internet connection (Cox Gigabit, Fiber, 5G)
- Available to work across all USA time zones, outside 'Normal Business Hours'
- Must be able to write, read, and understand business documents effectively
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- MBA (Master's Business Administration) is a plus
- IT recruiting experience is highly valued, but not required
- Strong American U.S. English vocabulary and context to search for alternative keywords that Candidates may use to describe their experience
