Job Summary
Senior Recruiter, Marketing & Creative focused on sourcing, evaluating, and placing marketing and creative candidates. Responsibilities include sourcing via cold calls, job boards, social networking, and internal database; interviewing via video, phone, and in person to assess skills and salary requirements; developing and maintaining a strong pipeline to submit to clients; matching candidates to client job orders; maintaining high customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly; generating leads and market intelligence to grow new client development; meeting and exceeding weekly business development goals. Must build candidate relationships and demonstrate proven negotiating and closing skills in a fast-paced environment. Salary range provided is $50,000 to $72,000 with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing or creative-related field preferred
