Senior Recruiter - LTE

Conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to define position specifications and deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition. Review applicants via the applicant tracking system, source candidates through resume databases, social media, and deep web techniques, and build targeted lists using proprietary software. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing passive candidates, soliciting referrals, conducting phone interviews with industry-specific probing questions, and navigating difficult conversations. Prepare candidates for interviews, provide value propositions, and ensure timely updates on application status while maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Adhere strictly to OFCCP and compliance standards, provide accurate reporting, and collaborate with leadership to resolve search difficulties. This LTE role requires five years of recruiting experience in pharma sales, with a focus on delivering top talent and mentoring team members.
