Job Summary
Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies. Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements to deliver strong slates while building talent pipelines and keeping candidates engaged with timely updates. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines. Mentor Recruiters and other team members throughout the recruitment cycle. This role requires significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings, familiarity with ATS and social media tools, and strong tech recruitment expertise. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
- Tech recruitment experience
- Strong client orientation
- Consultative skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle an ambiguous environment
