Senior Recruiter:in for Region Südwest Mannheim who represents Vonovia externally and drives end-to-end recruiting for Gewerbliche Bereiche, partnering with Führungskräfte to attract Fach- und Führungskräfte sowie Hilfskräfte from the cleaning and residential environment sectors. Responsible for managing incoming applications, conducting interviews, aligning role requirements with leadership, drafting target-group specific job advertisements, and guiding sourcing strategies. Acts as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition, market realities, and effective search approaches; develops recruiting strategies with the team, tracks trends, and uses KPI reporting to supervise the recruiting footprint. The role requires travel readiness, professional and respectful external representation, German-language proficiency, and competence with MS Office.
