Job Summary
Senior Recruiter responsible for recruiting installers and field service technicians and some corporate roles and sales; partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop candidate profiles, and align with staffing objectives; source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, career fairs, referrals, advertising, and other innovative strategies; screen resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with department managers; maintain communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process including updates, feedback, and hiring recommendations; manage full-cycle recruiting activities with compliance to federal and state regulations and adherence to safety and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have recent experience in recruiting/talent focused role
- Must have experience sourcing candidates from major job boards
- Proven creative problem-solving skills to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Must have knowledge of best hiring practices
- Must be MS Office proficient
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
