Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles, managing pipelines from sourcing to close. Partner with founders and hiring managers to define needs, calibrate profiles, and align on scorecards. Deliver a great candidate experience while iterating on sourcing strategies and building scalable reporting systems. Support employer branding across LinkedIn and events to drive growth.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of recruiting experience
- ideally in a high-growth startup
- Experience hiring across multiple functions (technical + business roles)
- Strong sourcing skills

- Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
