Job Summary
Senior Recruitment Consultant responsible for leading full-cycle searches across multiple industries, actively headhunting and sourcing candidates, providing consulting recommendations to clients, and shaping recruitment strategy. Manage 8 to 10 searches concurrently, support offers and candidate onboarding, and maintain strong client relationships. Role emphasizes business consulting and owning the process, with a hybrid schedule requiring two in-office days per week in California (Sacramento/Rocklin). Required Qualifications
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting searches from intake through placement
- Experience actively sourcing and headhunting candidates
- Ability to lead and support multiple client searches simultaneously
- Strong communication and consultative skills
- Comfort with technology, AI, automation, and a solid tech stack
- Hybrid schedule availability with in-office presence in California (Sacramento/Rocklin)
- Eligibility for base salary plus commission structure and benefits
