Job Summary
Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based Senior and Director-level roles; leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate outreach, and screening; manage multiple searches, coordinate interviews, and close hires with minimal hand-holding; partner directly with US hiring managers to align on role requirements and provide regular pipeline updates; remote work from the Philippines with significant overlap with US business hours; focus on building candidate pipelines and improving recruiting automations and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record hiring US-based candidates for Senior and Director-level roles
- Strong sourcing skills — experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a recruiting context (sourcing, outreach, screening, workflow automation)
- Self-motivated and proactive — you chase candidates, not the other way around
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience managing multiple searches at once without dropping balls
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate experience matter
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
