Job Summary

Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across hourly, professional, and technical roles; manage onboarding through the first 90 days; ensure compliance across the hiring process; partner with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies; proactively source candidates; screen, interview, and assess for skills and fit; manage the full interview process including feedback and offer negotiation; train hiring managers on effective interviewing and build consistent hiring practices; manage relationships with recruiting agencies and search firms; track agency performance; own onboarding from offer acceptance through 90 days; manage background checks and documentation; partner with leaders to ensure structured onboarding plans; stay current on employment laws and update practices as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both high-volume hourly and salaried/professional roles (e.g., engineering, corporate)
  • Experience managing onboarding programs with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR compliance across the employee lifecycle
  • Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and multi-state employment laws and regulations

Desired Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP certification
  • SHRM-SCP certification
  • AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification
  • Experience with Paycom recruiting, onboarding, and compliance workflows
  • Experience managing external recruiting agencies or search partners
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations-heavy environments
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state workforces
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and multi-state employment laws and regulations
  • Direct experience with onboarding programs with measurable outcomes
  • Experience managing onboarding and compliance across the employee lifecycle
