Senior Recruiter role responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for senior level and key roles across Eagleville. Source via multiple channels, partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, manage interviews and the offer process, and build talent pipelines. Ensure alignment with labor laws and company policy, use recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency, and deliver a positive candidate experience while maintaining relationships with candidates and leaders across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 5-7 years of recruitment experience focused on senior level roles
- Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
- Specialty certification preferred
