Job Summary
Lead recruiting across multiple domains (Business, Product, Engineering, Corporate) to drive hiring strategy and execution. Collaborate closely with department heads to define requirements, plan KPI design and execution of end-to-end recruitment, optimize direct sourcing, manage relationships with staffing agencies and events, and continuously improve recruitment processes. Focus on maximizing Candidate Experience and leveraging data-driven insights to support rapid growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5年以上のインハウスでのリクルート経験
- ビジネス/エンジニア/コーポレートいずれか複数職種のE2Eの採用経験
- ダイレクトリクルーティングおよびエージェント連携における採用の実務経験
- 採用KPIの分析・改善提案の経験
- スピード感を持った部門責任者との折衝・巻き込み力
- 流暢な日本語力とビジネスレベル以上の英語力
