Job Summary
Senior Recruiter (Contractor) responsible for end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles in a remote, temporary position. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, conducting competency-based interviews, coordinating offers and onboarding, and maintaining candidate records. Partners with hiring managers to define requirements, sources candidates via Workday, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals, and tracks recruitment metrics to improve processes. Requires strong stakeholder communication, English proficiency, and ability to work remotely in Day Shift or shifting schedules. Must be residing within Metro Manila or nearby provinces and be willing to work on a 6-month temporary arrangement. Experience in a BPO environment and familiarity with Workday recruiting tools are preferred. Likely remote-friendly with a global HR technology background and background screening focus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- At least 5+ years of recruitment experience handling end-to-end hiring in a BPO environment
- Knowledgeable in Workday recruiting tool
- Must be amenable to work remotely in the Day Shift and/or shifting schedules
- Must be residing within Metro Manila or nearby provinces
- Willing to work on a TEMPORARY employment arrangement (6 months)
