Job Summary
Senior Recruiter contract-to-perm at Talkiatry. Oversee full life cycle recruiting across corporate functions, with a focus on Marketing and Clinical Operations. Source creatively, engage talent aligned with Talkiatry’s mission, collaborate with hiring teams, understand business goals, and leverage data to refine attraction and selection. Contract role with potential to convert to full-time; hourly rate $80-$85; minimum 35 hours per week; remote work within the United States. Eligible to work in the U.S. under E-Verify/I-9 processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting into Marketing and Clinical Operations functions
- Ability to source and engage talent proactively
- Strong partnerships with hiring managers and leaders
- Comfort in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Willingness to work min 35 hours per week
