Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns across diverse engineering and technical disciplines, from initial brief through to successful onboarding. Proactively identify, engage, and attract high-calibre passive candidates through market mapping, networking, and targeted talent strategies. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future business growth while providing market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders. Confidently engage with senior stakeholders to build trusted relationships across the business. This newly created role in Perth requires a track record of delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, with experience recruiting within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors highly regarded.
