Job Summary
Senior Recruiter responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for Worldwide Clinical Trials, partnering with hiring managers to design effective sourcing strategies, sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating offers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Builds and maintains talent pipelines for current and future needs, ensures compliance with company policies, supports background checks and onboarding, manages relationships with external recruiting partners, analyzes recruiting data, mentors junior team members, and represents the company to strengthen employer branding in the clinical research space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of related recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience supporting recruitment within Clinical Operations or the clinical research industry
- Experience working with Workday ATS
- Experience in corporate or agency recruitment environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and confidentiality skills
