Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, managing intake through close while building creative sourcing strategies for niche, hard-to-find profiles. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, including fast responses and thoughtful rejections, while leveraging AI tools like Claude to source smarter and automate repetitive tasks. Run Greenhouse as a power user to maintain pipeline hygiene, generate data-driven reports, and diagnose bottlenecks to improve time-to-fill. Partner closely with hiring managers to sharpen role definitions and keep searches moving with clear weekly updates.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
