Plan and execute strategic sourcing of candidates within the Healthcare sector using diverse resources, including the company database, social media, and professional networks. Locate active and passive job seekers through cold calling, networking, and referrals to increase the candidate database. Create, categorize, and maintain daily hotlists of passive and active candidates while developing relationships over the phone and managing them through the application process. Conduct research to understand market and competitive factors, then communicate progress and develop innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies. Support recruiting processes for sourcing and identifying candidates. Demonstrate knowledge and excitement about the business to answer candidate questions effectively.
