Job Summary
Senior Recruiter will source and interview candidates to meet current and future hiring needs, collaborate with department leadership on staffing, run custom candidate searches for urgent/complex roles, brainstorm and implement new sourcing methods (including social recruiting and Boolean searches), leverage recruiting software and databases, participate in job fairs, and build the company’s professional network. The role requires expert-level experience in full-cycle recruitment, proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, experience with candidate databases and resume aggregators, and strong verbal/written communication and interview skills. Knowledge of social networks (GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.), decision-making, and ability to manage a recruiting team are also important. Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Recruiting Agency experience and Boolean search strings knowledge preferred.
