Job Summary
Supervise the lifeguard team and manage pool rotations while ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. Oversee the cleaning and setup of the pool area, equipment, and studios, and deliver first-class customer service by addressing queries. Support team members daily by preparing sports halls and maintaining general upkeep of the centre when not poolside. Lead by example to inspire staff and ensure the highest standards of delivery at Braywick Leisure Centre.
Required Qualifications
- Have a recognised qualification in Leisure Management, Sports Development or related subject
- Have knowledge and skills in the Leisure or a related industry in a small/medium sized enterprise
- Have a current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) or previously held one
- Be able and willing to achieve the NPLQ qualification
