Senior Recovery Associate - Remote

Senior Recovery Associate responsible for designing and generating reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business operations. Analyze trends, patterns, and KPIs to provide actionable insights; maintain data integrity in reporting. Utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau or other analytics tools to extract and manipulate data; conduct statistical analysis to support data-driven decisions; translate complex data into concise reports for stakeholders. Assist in development, implementation, and optimization of business information systems; maintain data structures, queries, and reporting tools; collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure data availability and system functionality. Document business processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies; identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement; provide recommendations for enhancing data collection, storage, and analysis methods. Education: Bachelor's Degree; 3 years of relevant experience in BI/data analytics; knowledge of BI tools and SQL querying; experience with large datasets.
