Job Summary

Answer and transfer incoming calls on a multi-line system while welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism. Notify employees of arrivals, guide guests with appropriate instructions, and provide high-level front-of-house services. Utilize logs and tracking software for assigned work, communicate with peers or clients regarding deadline issues, and perform quality assurance on your own and others' work. Handle sensitive documents, troubleshoot basic office equipment, and assist office services or peer teams as needed. Complete other administrative tasks, meet contracted deadlines, and adhere to Williams Lea and client site policies.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
Proven customer service skills
Intermediate skill in the use of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook), messaging systems, and job workflow tools
Familiar with general office procedures
Ability to prioritize work, balance projects and meet deadlines in a timely manner
Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills and emphasis on accuracy and quality
Ability to make independent decisions that conform to business needs and policy
Ability to troubleshoot more complex or advanced tasks, equipment, or software concerns on own; understands when to escalate a problem to a supervisory level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette in the face of immediate needs and pressure
Must be self-motivated with positive can-do attitude
