Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager (everyone is welcome) - Berlin

Oversees the transaction management process for industrial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, sale-leasebacks and portfolio transactions; leads site selection based on location quality and logistical requirements; negotiates contracts and accompanies approval and closing processes. Builds and manages a transaction pipeline for logistics, production, and distribution sites; identifies optimization opportunities in the network (consolidations, relocations, expansions); analyzes portfolio and site KPIs. Conducts market and site development analyses, creates economic analyses and business cases for management decisions, and prepares initial cash flow analyses and comprehensive business plans (financial modelling). Coordinates due diligence, assesses technical, regulatory, and financial risks, and collaborates with internal teams such as Sales, Service Charge, Development, Legal and Finance.
