Job Summary
Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate strategy supporting Collectors' long-term business goals across EMEA, establishing priorities for site planning, design, and construction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business needs while developing budgets for locations and managing ongoing projects with a focus on efficiencies. Partner with the Real Estate team to identify and implement a portfolio management system, guide the site selection process by touring potential facilities, and develop detailed budgets and timelines. Work with governmental authorities to identify market opportunities and incentives, while collaborating with architects, contractors, consultants, brokers, landlords, and regulatory agencies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, particularly regarding permitting obstacles and delays. Report directly to the Senior Director, Real Estate, working hybrid in Hammersmith, West London, or Frankfurt am Main with 50% travel requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years as a Real Estate or Workplace leader (or equivalent)
- Proven experience partnering with and driving influence across executive stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Organizational and influencing skills
- Comfortable stretching up and down the ladder (working with stakeholders at every level)
- Player or coach model - Not afraid to get into the weeds and roll up their sleeves as needed
- Proven experience independently managing large office + light industrial construction projects (50k+ SF, $10M+)
- Executing large scale team moves
- Extensive lease negotiation and construction project management experience
- Proven experience with managing and reporting on large scale budgets
- Intensive value engineering exercises
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into measurable goals and deliver on them
- Willing to travel 50% of the time and as needed at critical project milestones
- If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time

- Work hybrid at either our Hammersmith, West London or Frankfurt am Main in Germany office location
