Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end management of complex real estate transactions, including debt and equity financing, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and development projects. Perform due diligence, title and survey review, and advise clients, lenders, developers, and investors directly. Mentor junior attorneys, shape team workflows, and build client relationships while collaborating in person approximately three days per week in the Los Angeles office. Submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet for consideration. This senior role offers a clear path toward partnership within a thriving real estate and finance practice.
Required Qualifications
- at least seven years of experience advising on complex real estate transactions
- experience advising on debt and equity financing structures
- experience advising on acquisitions
- experience advising on dispositions
- experience advising on joint ventures
- experience advising on development and construction projects
- experience advising on securitized lending
- experience with due diligence
- experience with title and survey review
- ability to run matters end-to-end
- ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- ability to engage directly with clients, including lenders, developers, and investors
- ability to mentor junior attorneys

- CA Bar required
