Senior RDA Defect Analysis & Yield Improvement Engineer

Senior RDA Defect Analysis & Yield Improvement Engineer responsible for leading quality and yield improvements, and excursion prevention across the entire manufacturing line as a Sustaining Engineer within the RDA (Real-time Defect Analysis) team. Leverages defect analysis and data-driven insights to identify root causes of complex, cross-functional issues, and drives end-to-end improvement strategies from planning through execution to standardization. Leads cross-functional stakeholders, enabling rapid decision-making and execution, contributing to Fab-level KPI improvement. Key responsibilities include technical leadership for root-cause analysis of complex defects, trend monitoring using SPC and large-scale data analysis, driving improvements with quantified impact (e.g., Wafer at Risk, Yield), preventing excursions, cross-functional team leadership, prioritization and resource allocation, proactive escalation and decision-making, deployment of automation and data integration for digital transformation in RDA operations, and mentoring junior engineers with knowledge sharing of analytical methodologies and problem-solving practices.
