Job Summary
Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision while maintaining 20+ billable hours per week. Complete accurate clinical documentation and supervise client safety, including shared spaces and naptime routines. Support clinic operations by managing scheduling, ensuring room readiness, and handling supplies. Assist with onboarding, check-in/out procedures, and provide peer support as needed. This full-time, clinic-based role runs 11AM-7:30PM with a fixed schedule and flexibility for daily needs. The position offers $54,000–$58,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, paid time-off, and a 401k option.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- 1+ year clinic‐based ABA experience
- Strong organization, communication, and professionalism
- Dependable and supportive leadership
- Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced clinic environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the day
- Full‐time, clinic‐based role 11AM-7:30PM
- Fixed schedule with flexibility for daily needs
