Job Summary
Seeking a Senior RAN Engineer to act as an onsite Resident Engineer responsible for customer support, troubleshooting, network configuration management, and leading installation efforts. The role includes preparing and reviewing MOPs, participating in testing, and providing incident reports.
Required Qualifications
- Recent experience as a Resident Engineer
- Ability to perform first-level troubleshooting
- Experience with incident and KPI reporting
- Capability to support activities related to migrations/upgrades
- Technical support experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with telecommunications equipment installation
- Familiarity with MOPs (Method of Procedure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead teams of engineers
