Job Summary
Senior Rail Engineer Program Manager to lead business development and project delivery for major rail/transit programs. The role includes building and developing a local engineering team, leading a major program team, overseeing technical, legal, and financial aspects, and collaborating within an office team environment. Key duties include driving business development and project delivery, expanding PM services in the Pacific Northwest and West Coast, supervising multiple organizational segments, and establishing program objectives, guidelines, and requirements. Required skills include relationship development with key clients, effective communication (oral and written), negotiation, and proficiency with standard office applications. Education and experience include a Bachelor's in Engineering from an ABET/EAC program, 15+ years of experience, and 5+ years in program management; a Master’s in Civil Engineering and PE (or equivalent) are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program
- 15+ years of prior experience
- 5+ years of experience as a program manager
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent
