Job Summary
Lead and support daily radon mitigation field operations, performing and overseeing complex installations while training and mentoring technicians as the company grows. Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania radon regulations and best practices, and assist with operational planning, quality control, and process improvement. Support business growth through leadership, professionalism, and technical expertise, transitioning lead acquisition from real estate agents to the existing sister HVAC company. Work Monday through Friday with no weekends or on-call responsibilities, earning a competitive salary, commissions, and a performance-based bonus. Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Radon License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Clean background check
