Job Summary
Position patients, operate cutting-edge imaging equipment, and capture flawless PACS images across specialties like Mammography, X-Ray, Ultrasound, or CT. Prepare rooms, master contrast media, guide patients, and mentor future techs while rotating through clinics or covering emergency cases after hours. Maintain ongoing education to keep skills sharp and deliver safe, high-quality imaging that empowers diagnosis and healing. This onsite role at Covenant Hosp Plainview requires daily attendance, commutable residency, and availability for weekends, holidays, and variable shifts including nights and per diem.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of an AMA approved School of Radiology Technology
- Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License
- Texas Temporary Medical Radiologic Technologist
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Flexibility to work a day, evening or night shift as scheduled
