Job Summary
Lead RF development activities for next-generation wireless hearing products by designing RF architectures and driving verification and optimization. Perform RF and EM simulations to solve complex system-level challenges where radio performance, antennas, acoustics, and electronics must integrate in space-constrained environments. Manage Bluetooth LE antenna and radio coexistence issues while contributing to future technology roadmaps and mentoring colleagues. Work with advanced simulation tools like HFSS, CST, or ADS to ensure high-performance wireless solutions for millions of users.
Required Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Extensive experience with RF systems and wireless technologies
- Strong understanding of RF circuits, radio architectures and electromagnetics
- Experience with simulation tools such as HFSS, CST or ADS
- Hands-on RF measurement experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines
