Senior Radar Software Engineer

Job Summary

Design, develop, test, and maintain software supporting radar data collection, processing, analysis, and operational deployment. Develop interfaces and services for sensor operations, telemetry, and mission execution while building scalable solutions for radar control and automation. Collaborate with systems, signal processing, and operations teams to integrate capabilities into operational environments, participate in verification and field testing, and troubleshoot anomalies through root-cause analysis. Contribute to architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical documentation to support customer demonstrations and readiness activities. Requires U.S. citizenship, Secret or Top Secret clearance, and 7+ years of experience in Python, C++, or similar languages.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong programming experience in Python, C++, or similar languages.
  • Experience designing and developing distributed systems, APIs, and data-intensive applications.
  • Experience with Linux-based development environments.
  • Familiarity with software testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Personnel Security Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with radar systems, RF systems, signal processing, or sensor data processing applications.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Space Force programs.
  • Experience working with bare-metal systems
  • Familiarity working in constrained compute environments
  • Experience working with large-scale telemetry, tracking, or real-time data processing systems.
  • Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret Personnel Security Clearance.
  • Experience supporting classified programs and secure computing environments.
