Senior R&D Manager

Senior R&D Manager responsible for leading multiple product lines/functions with heavy emphasis on managerial leadership, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include owning components of the Design History File, evaluating design/process changes and their impact on product performance, driving functional excellence and high-quality deliverables, guiding technical strategies, overseeing IP development for multiple product lines, mentoring staff, developing department budgets and resource plans, coordinating with project managers to align on new initiatives, developing department tools/methodologies, assigning project staff, and ensuring compliance with Quality Policy and Quality System while communicating the function’s role to other groups.
