Senior R&D Engineering Project Manager

Lead cross-functional teams to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) projects through a Discover–Develop–Deploy stage-gate process; manage project schedules, track KPIs, and coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply, ISC, Quality, and Compliance. Responsible for prioritizing and directing work, overseeing risk planning and mitigation, and advancing continuous improvements to shorten product development cycles. Requires 5+ years in engineering with 2+ years in project management or leading teams; proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools and Atlassian Jira/Confluence for backlog management; occasional travel (approximately 10%) to domestic/international locations.
