Senior R&D Engineer

Job Summary
Lead design, development, verification and validation of new medical devices from concept to product launch; act as technical leader within cross-functional teams (marketing, manufacturing, quality, regulatory); define user needs and design inputs; create and maintain product specifications, 3D CAD models, and documentation per design controls and regulatory requirements; develop and execute verification/validation strategies including custom test methodologies; contribute to IP activities and regulatory submissions; support customer-facing materials and mentor less experienced engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience, or a PhD in Engineering or Science
