Senior Quote Project Manager (Position located in Guadalajara / Open to work from Flex sites located in Cd. Juarez and Aguascalientes)

Job Summary
Define overall quote strategy and ensure accurate, timely responses to customer quotations. Plan, implement, and oversee all quotation activities, including reviewing, evaluating, and approving content and costs. Coordinate multi-site/multi-regional quotations and facilitate communication and issue resolution with internal and external customers. Liaise with sales, regions, and senior management for pricing approval while managing relationships with external customers and internal departments. Produce final proposal documents and maintain clear records of quotations and customer documentation. Monitor technology trends to suggest cost reduction improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training
- English advanced
- Proven experience / knowledge of quoting material components, manufacturing capabilities, financial analysis and product costing, including supervision and project management
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, interest and discounts
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret graphs
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents, drawings and financial P&Ls
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management
