Job Summary
Senior Quantum Algorithm Researcher at NVIDIA leading collaborations with supercomputing centers on hybrid quantum-classical application development across multiple industry verticals; leading research pathfinding in AI for quantum algorithms; driving the execution of technical results for projects with strategic partnerships; contributing to NVIDIA’s revenue through engagement and development of innovative solutions; publishing impactful research and representing NVIDIA at conferences. Must have Ph.D. or equivalent, extensive quantum- algorithms experience, leadership in collaborations, strong Python/C++/CUDA programming, and a proven publication record.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Over 9 years of experience working on Quantum Algorithms and Applications
- Demonstrated leadership in technical collaborations with industry partners
- Excellent programming skills in Python, C++, and a parallel programming model (e.g., CUDA)
- World-class communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences
- A track record of research excellence demonstrated in publications and presentations at leading conferences
